Stichter, Riedel, Blain, & Postler strives to hire people - lawyers and staff - who are exceptionally well qualified and who have the legal skills, temperaments, strong moral compasses, and personalities to deal with the large, complex, and important - and often stressful - problems of our clients. Once employed, it is our experience that these lawyers and dedicated staff members spend the rest of their careers with the firm. If you are to be operated on by a team of doctors and nurses, it is important to know and comforting to find out that your team has successfully handled hundreds of similar operations. That is our philosophy. The team that will assist you at Stichter, Riedel, Blain, & Postler will have that experience and continuity. Even with the firm’s recent expansion into Pensacola and the hiring of several new lawyers in Tampa, all but five of the firm's thirty lawyers, paralegals, assistants and managers have been employed at least five years; 73% have been employed for more than 10 years; and 40% have been employed for more than 20 years.

Employees with ten or more years of employment are listed in the box on this page.

The firm would also like to acknowledge its debt to Janice Kimbro, the firm administrator until her retirement in 2006, and to shareholder Richard C. Prosser until his retirement in 2015, both of whom spent more than twenty years with the firm before retiring.
