| Scott A. Stichter joined Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Prosser P.A. in 1987 after graduating from Wake Forest University, JD 1987, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Board, 1985-1987 and the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Team. He regularly represents debtors, committees, creditors, buyers and other parties in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. He is the recipient of pro bono awards from the Florida Bar Association and Hillsborough County Bar Association. He also served on the Alumni Council for Wake Forest University College of Law (1994-2005). |
