Stichter joined Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Prosser P.A. in 1987 after graduating from Wake Forest University, JD 1987, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Board, 1985-1987 and American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Team. He also served on the Alumni Council for the Wake Forest University College of Law (1994-2003).He regularly represents debtors, committees, creditors, buyers, and other parties in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. |
