Richard C. Prosser
Richard C. Prosser joined the Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Prosser P.A. in 1990 after practicing law as a sole practitioner. Although regularly handling all types of bankruptcy matters, Mr. Prosser has been particularly active in the litigation of contested matters and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court. He has significant experience in complex commercial litigation in Chapter 11 cases and proceedings. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Alexander L. Paskay, Chief Bankruptcy Judge of the Middle District of Florida, 1981-1982.
